On the road to fitness

In the words of Fergie... "I be up in the gym just working on my fitness".  Well, not really, but that is the goal.  I am a single mom, age 41 and I gained a few pounds (20) and I want to loose and tighten up.  Watch me go!

  1. Start slow and be realistic about what you can and cant do. Since you are a single mother, you may want to look into exercises that you can do at home that aren't cardio exercises that will take 15 minutes. Cardio is a necessity, but doing something is much better than doing nothing. I know you can do this... and good luck on this journey.

    1. Thanks for the reply BusyMomof3...Good advice. I definitely will start slow. The first 2 weeks, I've been working on slowly modifying my diet and then next week will do some light cardio. Thanks for the luck :)
