I put my gym membership on a temporary hold, so I'm not paying the membership for 3 months; my membership resumes in January. In the meantime, I'm using the 'gym' at work. I see at more as a fitness room than a gym, but it works. I like to do the squat machines at the gym, and we don't have that type of equipment at work so I thought, maybe I should improvise at home.
- I jump rope
- I run laps while my son is at the park
- And I'm using my 8 year old as a weight...he is pretty heavy and I can get 3 sets of 5 for squat using my son's body weight....
